In the development of the this site we have worked towards adding a significant number of accessibility features. This site separates data from presentation. All of the presentation (layout and typography) is done with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). This increases the flexibility, portability, and speed of the web site. Turning off the style sheet will affect the visual presentation and may affect the functionality of the site for some users.
